Curatorship and management of independent projects

in contemporary art.

I have lived in Patagonia for years, where I work in contemporary art as an artist, independent curator, teacher, and cultural manager. I worked for artists, cultural centers, independent galleries, museums, private and emerging spaces. I developed different curatorial projects in which I had the opportunity to work with artistic groups; I participated in art groups and art education projects.

I understand curatorship beyond the conception and realization of an exhibition, as a genuine practice produced in an intercultural and multidisciplinary context that, mediating, reflects experiences and knowledge. I believe in its practice as a strategy to enhance the regional scene, through the linking of artists from different parts of Patagonia.
